We understand the importance of personal information and privacy to you and will do our best to keep your personal information and privacy secure. We will explain the types of personal information we collect about you and their corresponding uses on a case-by-case basis so that you can understand the specific types of personal information we collect for specific functions, why we use it, and how we collect it.

When you use certain functions, we will collect your personal information after obtaining your consent. For example, when you use a code recognition device, we will obtain your permission to videotape you; when you use the function of positioning, we will collect mobile phone location information. Unless the collection is required by relevant laws and regulations, refusal to provide such information will only prevent you from using the relevant specific functions, but will not affect your normal use of other functions. You can access, modify, copy, and delete your personal information through the methods listed in this guide, as well as realise your rights to withdraw your consent, delete your account, and file complaints and reports.

In order to collect your information according to these Guidelines or provide you with services, optimise our services and protect your account security, we need to ask you for relevant permissions; sensitive permissions such as positioning, camera, photo albums, etc. are not enabled by default, and will only be used by us within the scope of your consent after you have explicitly agreed to them. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16, and you must be at least 16 years old to create an account on the App.

We will process your personal information for the shortest period necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy or as required by law or regulation, unless a longer retention period is required under specific legal requirements. We will determine the appropriate retention period based on the volume, nature and sensitivity of the personal information and will destroy your personal information at the end of the retention period.

3. Add-ons and Licence Management

In order to provide you with additional features of our products and/or services, you may choose to authorise the information we collect and use. If you refuse to do so, you will not be able to use the relevant additional functionality or achieve the functionality we intend to achieve, but it will not affect your normal use of the basic functionality of our products and/or services.

  1. When you turn on the location function of your mobile device through system authorisation and use the services provided based on location, we will collect and use your location information to enable you to use the App to pair with your smart device.
  2. When you use certain of our products or services (weather services/home management), based on your consent, we collect real-time precise or non-precise geo-location information about you.

The code-sweeping function collects information from the light sensor and determines whether or not the flash function needs to be displayed based on the data from the light sensor.
