(hereinafter referred to as "we"). We understand the importance of personal information and privacy to you and will do our best to keep your personal information and privacy secure. We will explain the types of personal information we collect about you and their corresponding uses on a case-by-case basis so that you can understand the specific types of personal information we collect for specific functions, why we use it, and how we collect it.
When you use certain functions, we will collect your personal information after obtaining your consent. For example, when you use a code recognition device, we will obtain your permission to videotape you; when you use the function of positioning, we will collect mobile phone location information. Unless the collection is required by relevant laws and regulations, refusal to provide such information will only prevent you from using the relevant specific functions, but will not affect your normal use of other functions. You can access, modify, copy, and delete your personal information through the methods listed in this guide, as well as realise your rights to withdraw your consent, delete your account, and file complaints and reports.
In order to collect your information according to these Guidelines or provide you with services, optimise our services and protect your account security, we need to ask you for relevant permissions; sensitive permissions such as positioning, camera, photo albums, etc. are not enabled by default, and will only be used by us within the scope of your consent after you have explicitly agreed to them. For the system permissions you authorised to us, you can also check the type and usage of the system permissions we invoke or use and manage them in a unified way in "Settings - System Permissions".
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16, and you must be at least 16 years old to create an account on the App.
It is important to note that the fact that we have been granted specific sensitive permissions does not mean that we will necessarily collect information about you; even if we have been granted sensitive permissions, we will only use them to the extent necessary, i.e., we will collect information about you in accordance with this Code only when you use the relevant service or feature.

I.How your personal information is collected and used
1. In order to provide you with the basic functions of our products and/or services, you must authorise us to collect and use the necessary information. If you refuse to provide such information, you will not be able to use our products and/or services properly;
- Registered Account Information: When you register for an account with us, we collect your email address, country.
- During your use of the App, in order to ensure the normal operation of the Services, optimise the user experience, and protect the security of your account, we collect basic information necessary to provide you with the Services, including mobile device model, login IP address, wireless connection information, operating system type and version, language, application version number, push notification identifier, log files, mobile network information, software version number, usage information, and other information.
- In order to protect the safety of your device and monitor its operation, we need to collect the operation data of the device bound to you and your home. In addition, in order to provide timely support and service to you and quickly resolve issues, we will collect the following monitoring data, including device serial number, device status, alarm codes, etc., so that the service provider can perform troubleshooting in the event of a device failure.
2. We will only collect and use your personal information for the following purposes; we will ask for your consent in advance when we want to use the information for purposes other than those set out in this policy; and we will ask for your consent in advance when we want to use the information collected for a specific purpose for another purpose:
- The purpose of helping you to become our user;

Our products and services may contain links to third party websites, products and services. Our products and services may also use or offer products or services from third parties, the use, processing, storage, transfer, retention and destruction of which are subject to the privacy policies of those third parties. If we do not capture or collect your personal information as a result of this process, we are not responsible for it and we want you to be aware of the privacy policies of these third parties; however, if we do capture or collect your personal information as a result of this process, we will strictly adhere to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

SDK
The SDK technology is provided by third party organisations with whom we work, and we are only aware of the permissions that they have explicitly requested to be authorised in their mutual agreements. We will carry out strict security checks on the Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and Software Development Kits (SDKs) used by our authorised partners to access the information in question, and we will agree with our authorised partners on stringent data protection measures to enable them to handle personal information in accordance with the purposes of our engagement, the Service Description, this Privacy Policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures. Please note that third-party SDKs may change the type of personal information they handle due to version upgrades and policy adjustments, so please refer to their official instructions as published.
IV.Personal Information Retention Period
We will process your personal information for the shortest period necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy or as required by law or regulation, unless a longer retention period is required under specific legal requirements. We will determine the appropriate retention period based on the volume, nature and sensitivity of the personal information and will destroy your personal information at the end of the retention period.
- Products and services requested by you in accordance with this policy;
- When you explicitly request the deletion of your personal information, we make this an automatic task and no longer retain your personal information.
We will stop retaining and do the deletion of your personal information when we confirm the completion of the purpose of collection and processing of personal information on the basis of 1, or after we confirm your request for deletion or cancellation on the basis of 2, or after we terminate the operation of the corresponding product or service. Generally, we will not retain your personal information once the specified retention period for the information has been reached. Responding to your request above
- In principle, we do not charge you for reasonable requests, but for requests that are repeated more often than is reasonable, we will charge a fee for the costs incurred, if appropriate. We will refuse requests that are unnecessarily repetitive, require excessive technical means, e.g. the development of new systems or fundamental changes to existing practices, pose a risk to the legitimate interests of others, or are highly impractical.

Add-ons and Licence Management
In order to provide you with additional features of our products and/or services, you may choose to authorise the information we collect and use. If you refuse to do so, you will not be able to use the relevant additional functionality or achieve the functionality we intend to achieve, but it will not affect your normal use of the basic functionality of our products and/or services.
- When you turn on the location function of your mobile device through system authorisation and use the services provided based on location, we will collect and use your location information to enable you to use the App to pair with your smart device.
When you use certain of our products or services (weather services/home management), based on your consent, we collect real-time precise or non-precise geo-location information about you.
You can stop our collection of information about your location by turning off location services on your mobile device's system.

You can use this feature to add your purchased device and take videos after you have enabled the camera/camera privilege. Please be aware that even if you have agreed to enable the camera/camera privilege, we will only obtain information when you actively scan the code and use the camera/camera to take pictures. The code-sweeping function collects information from the light sensor and determines whether or not the flash function needs to be displayed based on the data from the light sensor.

VIII.How this policy will be updated
